COTTAGE CHARM

We purchased this 600-square-foot vintage apartment from a contractor who removed it from atop a carport across town and agreed to move it onto a new pier and beam foundation next to our home in central Austin.  It arrived perfectly intact, so all we had to do was update materials in the kitchen and bath and paint it inside and out (and landscape of course).
