This 60-acre property outside Austin was a blank slate.  Electricity, water, propane and septic all needed to be brought to the property.  When choosing the location of the house, we considered distance from the road and neighbors, how the driveway would approach the house, as well as the views we wanted to capture through the windows. We designed the floorplan, selected all finishes and materials, and constructed all the built-ins ourselves to help with the budget.  This property is available for rental on our Venues page.
