CRAFTSMAN BUNGALOW

We purchased this 1930's bungalow in Austin's historic Hyde Park neighborhood in 1995. We refurbished this tiny but charming home by installing a metal roof, painting it inside and out, installing new materials in the kitchen, building custom bookcases, and fully landscaping it.  We furnished it as a short-term rental for under $8,000, and enjoyed operating it for many years.
