Our client moved from a 50-year family home to a much smaller condo for one.  We were tasked with upgrading the condo and selecting which furnishings would work in the new space.  We renovated the master bathroom to plan for potential handicap access, gutted the kitchen, installed built-ins to house her family's extensive book collection, and curated their art to install multiple wall galleries.  We purchased a few new pieces to complete the layout, but for the most part used her favorite items she had collected with her husband over the decades.
